Dear God,

I have tried hurrying through each challenging experience,
as if somehow, there was a bigger & better something, just ahead.
In that mode, I felt like I was merely existing, everything was a blur.
Today, I choose to be fully present in each moment.
Whatever the current circumstance, You are with me.
Every day, whether joy filled or sorrowful;
contains the possibility of a miracle.
Life is now and I love it all.
Even the sweetest frosting contains a pinch of salt.
I choose to fully savor every morsel of my life.
No matter if I am walking in a valley or along a ridge top,
the journey is home.
Today, I am alive, awake, aware and amazed.
All is well.
